UNC Phi Mu
Bonnamu is our biggest philanthropic event of the year. Held in the fall, this music festival includes bands, food trucks, carnival games and tie-dye! All proceeds go directly to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
In 2017, we raised $8,127 for CMNH!
CASINO NIGHT
Casino Night is a popular philanthropy event held each spring, typically co-hosted with a UNC fraternity and led by our Vice President of Community Engagement. During the event, sisters are trained to deal classic casino games such as Blackjack and Roulette, and members of the community are invited to participate by playing with chips distributed based on their donations. The evening features a lively raffle, with top prizes including a new generation iPad, a Hubert Davis signed basketball, and a UNC basketball jersey, thanks to several generous donors. Guests enjoy an evening of games and socializing, making it a memorable night for all. This past spring, our chapter raised over $10,000 for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals through Casino Night. We love spending quality time with our sisters and raising money for our philanthropy!
