Meet Gamma Lambda
The Gamma Lambda chapter of Phi Mu at the University of North Carolina is a sisterhood dedicated to embodying the values of love, honor, and truth in all aspects of our lives. We believe that through these principles, we can inspire not only ourselves but also those around us to be the best versions of themselves. As active members of our campus community, we strive to make a positive impact through our involvement in various activities and service projects. Our goal is to leave a lasting legacy of sisterhood, leadership, and service that will continue to inspire and uplift others long after our time at UNC has ended. The bonds we form here are not just superficial connections but genuine relationships that endure through the ups and downs of life. We take pride in our commitment to one another and to the greater good, and we are honored to be a part of such a distinguished organization.
A letter from our President...
Hi everyone!
Welcome to the Gamma Lambda Chapter of Phi Mu at the University of North Carolina! My name is Carly Hite, and I am honored to serve as the 2024 Chapter President.
Looking back on my time as a collegian, Phi Mu has certainly been the most cherished piece of my college experience. I will truly never be able to repay what the Gamma Lambda chapter and these women have gifted to me over the past four years.
Phi Mu has undoubtedly enriched my Carolina experience and shaped me professionally, socially, and morally. Our girls push one another to succeed in all that we do and passionately support each other through the ups and downs of the college experience.
The women of Phi Mu are fiercely loyal, dedicated, and compassionate. Our sisterhood is strong and sincere, and we magnify each other in all that we do. Our members are purposeful about living day by day through our values: Love, Honor, and Truth.
Above all, Phi Mu has gifted me the most beautiful female friendships, future bridesmaids, and lifelong sisters. I am so proud and humbled to represent the extraordinary women of Phi Mu as the 2024 Chapter President.
